About this Program
Presenter Tanya Rybarczyk will lead us through a day of reflection structured around the Ignatian Examen. The day will consist of brief presentations, followed by abundant time for quiet prayer time, including journaling supplemented by reflection questions, art, music, poetry, scripture, and small group conversation.
This program is open to all who desire a day of peaceful reflection in quiet, regardless of experience level with Ignatian spirituality. All are welcome!

The cost of the retreat includes materials, coffee/tea service, snacks, and lunch. Please specify in your registration if you have a food allergy or other significant food restriction. We will do our best to accommodate.

About the Presenters
Tanya Rybarczyk, M.A. is a Catholic writer, speaker, preacher and retreat leader, specializing in adult faith formation, meditative Christian prayer, and spiritual caregiving. Her ministry work includes having served as a Pastoral Associate at Saint Cecilia Parish, Boston, and Director of Spiritual Care at facilities in Metro-West Boston. She has offered retreats at various parishes and retreat centers. Tanya holds an MA in Pastoral Ministry, is published in America, writes for LTP’s resource publications, and offers preaching for Sunday Reflections with US Catholic. She currently lives in East Vancouver, WA with her husband and grown children and is a parishioner at St. Ignatius Parish in Portland, OR.
