ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Join the Ignatian Spirituality Center staff for a morning of Advent prayer as we usher in the Advent season, grounding ourselves in the hope needed most for these turbulent times. What Do You Fear? Insisting on Hope this Advent is a theme that resonates with living in the tension and fear of our time. Yet, like the stories of Advent, we hear angels encourage us with the message: “Do not fear".” This season, let us insist that our hope and trust is greater than fear as we wait for God who breaks into the world!
This immersive experience will be guided by a beautiful new Advent devotional from A Sanctified Art, with opportunities for prayer, gentle music, personal reflection, creative expression, and community sharing. As our gift to you, you will receive the 60-page devotional filled with original art, inspiring reflections, poetry, and newly imagined hymns. Those who register will also receive access to a trove of online resources.
After the Advent Morning of Prayer, follow along weekly on your own or with friends using the devotional as we continue in the spirit of Advent and move towards the Christmas season. Daily prayer prompts will be available via our social media channels.
You’ll enjoy coffee and tea service and morning snacks. Free parking is available.
