Join us for our annual Local Harvest fundraiser and help us celebrate 25 years of transforming lives through nurturing compassion, healing, and justice in the Ignatian tradition & vision.

The evening will include a chance to socialize, enjoy a splendid meal, and invest in the spirit-inspired work of the ISC. This year we are particularly excited to honor the founders of the ISC - Fr. Pat O’Leary, SJ and Cissy McLane. Toast with us to many more years of ministry to the people of Western Washington!

About our 2019 Peter Favre, SJ award recipients

Cissy McLane is a 2019 Peter Favre award recipient. After graduate school in ministry, Cissy spent over thirty years as a retreat presenter and spiritual director. During this time she moved into several years of leadership of the Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life, and later helped found and co-direct the Ignatian Resource Center (known today as the Ignatian Spirituality Center) with Pat O’Leary, SJ. Cissy has been married to Mick over 50 years and is mom to Mike and Julie, and the grandmother of three. Now retired, she enjoys time with home, family, friends, books, yoga, and walks with Mick.

Pat O’Leary, SJ is a 2019 Peter Favre award recipient. Fr. Pat was born in 1930 in Mt. Vernon, Washington and moved to Tacoma in 1942. A graduate of Bellarmine High School, he entered the Society of Jesus in 1948 and was ordained in 1961. Fr. Pat completed his doctoral studies in Rome and served in many roles within the Society in the Pacific Northwest, among them: Rector of Gonzaga University Community and St. Michael’s Institute, Pastor at St. Joseph Parish, and Assistant to the President for Mission and Ministry at Seattle University. Fr. Pat served as the co-founder of the Ignatian Spirituality Center with Cissy McLane, and is well-known as a spiritual director and retreat director, especially for his reenactment of St. Ignatius. He is currently semi-retired in the Gonzaga University community.
