Are you longing to find a meaningful connection to God in your busy schedule? Are you thirsting to hear spiritual wisdom relevant to your daily life? Are you uplifted by worshipping in community with others? If so, enter more deeply into Lent this year by participating in the Novena of Grace, a meaningful nine-day “retreat in everyday life.” Experienced presenters Jennifer Kelly and Fr. Paul Fitterer SJ return to the Novena community to help us reflect on the theme of “Finding My Way Home” from an Ignatian perspective within the context of the Eucharist. Join a community of others to sing and pray with St. Francis Xavier for graces and for healing. If you’ve never experienced the Novena before, we hope you will try it out. We encourage those who have attended to return again, this time inviting a friend, co-worker or family member to experience the abundant graces of this meaningful retreat.

Jennifer Kelly, member of L’Arche Seattle for over 25 years, has worked extensively in retreat ministry, spiritual direction, community and mission development and music ministry. Along with the great lessons learned from her friends with a developmental disability, she increasingly incorporates into her life and ministry her love of the arts and graces given through her recent journey with cancer. Her joy and grounding are found in her treasured life with her husband, son and family. Jennifer and Fr. Paul are long time friends who have twice co-presented the Novena of Grace as well as numerous retreats and Days of Reflection. She holds a degree in Theology from Seattle University.
Fr. Paul Fitterer S.J. is currently chaplain at Seattle Prep. He is responsible for student liturgies, helping with student retreats and retreats for faculty and staff. In the summers he directs 30 day retreats for Jesuits preparing for their final vows and other groups involved in shorter directed retreats. In the past he has taught at Seattle University. When he has not been in the work of education he has been involved in formation work with younger Jesuits. He looks forward to helping with retreats for such a wide variety of people on the quest for intimacy with God. As he says, “Who else is so privileged to walk with people who so directly experience God working in their lives?”
